In Production there are a lot of things that need to be kept track of, things like volunteer positions that need to be staffed for Sunday, having all the correct graphics, Pads, Lights.... the list goes on and on. It is important to have a well-organized production team, All through the exodus account, God told Moses how the Tabernacle was to be ordered.

The pure candlestick, with the lamps thereof, even the lamps to be set in order, and all the vessels thereof, and the oil for light.

Exodus 39:37

Perhaps you are listing today and these are things you have been wondering about and struggling with, well today we will be talking about Order and Organization in production.

In our last podcast, we talked about leadership and setting the stage for vision. Today we are going to talk about the people who help carry out that vision..... Volunteers. These wonderful people are the lifeblood of any production team.

Where there is no vision, the people cast off restraint but blessed is one who heeds wisdom and instruction. - Proverbs 29:18.

Some times in production we can be so focused on the production and the gear, that we forget that there are people that need to be lead or need to be told when or how to do something, and we can find our self frustrated that things aren’t turning out the way we would like.
